All of John's presentations are uniquely designed to meet the needs of each individual audience. Two of his most requested topics include:
Why Am I Here?
This presentation is ideal for small business owners and entrepreneurs such as realtors, mortgage brokers, students, insurance agents, franchise owners, and personal coaches. In it John teaches attendees how to achieve greater levels of success by helping them re-examine their driving motivations. Why did they choose to pursue the type of career they're in? Does it still fulfill those needs? Is what they're doing enabling them to achieve success - as they define success?
As part of this presentation John shares his Big Five for Life technique, which has been incorporated into the software SafePaths to Financial Independence, and was recently profiled on the cover of Personal Excellence Magazine.
Why Are We Here?
This presentation is perfect for corporations, associations, and non-profits. Drawing upon a principle called Purpose For Existing (PFE) from his international best selling book, John helps entities and the people within them achieve their full potential by linking individual's purposes and contributions, with the organizations purpose.
When organizations make decisions around their Purpose For Existing (PFE), they see the direct financial benefits of increased sales as unsolicited customers actually come to them. Other financial benefits are derived through higher customer retention, and lower employee recruiting costs. The organizations also get the more difficult to quantify but equally important benefits of improved employee morale, more effective decision making, and stronger partner relationships. John's articles on this topic have appeared in over 20 publications including Executive Excellence Magazine and numerous Business Journals.
